About Me

Hi there! I’m a UX Designer by day, and avid baker at night (especially midnight). I find the most joy when I create delightful things with and for people.

I graduated with a UX Design Certificate in Emily Carr University, and a Bachelors in Social Work at the University of British Columbia. Having the privilege to work with diverse populations in our community, I’m involved in topics around culturally appropriate access to healthcare, immigrant and newcomers and healthy ageing.

As an entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in customer service, I have learned to appreciate the importance of business goals and strategies, especially in relation to UX. Through my ventures, I have firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities that businesses face in creating effective customer experiences that balances user needs with business objectives to drive growth and success. With that said, I leverage my skills and expertise to create direct and effective solutions that meet both user and business needs.

I have travelled to over 9 countries, and lived in 3. As a result of moving around often, I resonate deeply with the Third Culture Kid experiences. Neither here nor there, I believe that belonging is a feeling and not a physical space.

In the next 10 years, my goal is to work globally as a Service Designer.
